What you'll do
- Lead the implementation of the USD 9 million EU-funded MSME finance partnership.
- Monitor project progress and compile high-quality technical and financial donor reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with UNCDF and UNDP policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.
- Manage and supervise the Digital Finance Analyst.
- Build and maintain relationships with government counterparts, private sector actors, and consortium partners.
What it takes
- Advanced university degree (Master's) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Development Studies.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in development finance with a Master's (4 years with a Bachelor's).
- At least 2 years of experience in Uganda’s renewable energy sector.
- Proven experience in MSME financing and managing country-level operations.
- Fluency in English.
