What you'll do
- Lead project implementation from conception to completion, managing daily workflow and team dynamics.
- Manage grant management including planning, monitoring, budget management, and risk mitigation.
- Engage with stakeholders such as MCH, C-CDC, NNP, PHDs, ODs, and HCs to ensure effective collaboration.
- Oversee financial management, ensuring project expenses are within 5% of the planned budget.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and coaching for team members in assigned geographic areas.
- Represent the organization in provincial technical working groups and other networks.
What it takes
- At least 5 years' experience as a clinical midwife or medical doctor with relevant health expertise.
- At least 5 years' experience in project and financial management including design and reporting.
- Formal degree of Medical Doctor, Midwife, Nurse, or equivalent relevant degrees.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and networking skills to build partnerships.
- Proficiency in both Khmer and English for effective communication.
- Experience working with sub-national government entities like PHDs and ODs.
