The role
The Project Manager, Housing Systems will oversee the coordination, implementation, and performance management of housing programs across the Continuum of Care (CoC) and HUD-funded initiatives.
What you'll do
- Coordinate cross-program planning and implementation of CoC priorities and strategies
- Oversee implementation of Atlanta CoC Housing Projects including Rapid Rehousing (RRH), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), and Transitional Housing
- Monitor program performance using dashboards/KPIs aligned to CoC and HUD expectations
