The Project Manager will lead the FMNR HERITAGE Project in Ghana, focusing on restoring degraded lands and improving food security for rural smallholder farmers through Farmer-Managed Natural Regeneration. This role involves overseeing project operations, managing budgets, and coordinating with international partners, government stakeholders, and local communities. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor project staff, and drive resource acquisition efforts to scale up environmental and livelihood interventions.
