The role
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major facade remediation project in Leeds.
What you'll do
- Deliver major facade remediation project in Leeds from pre-construction through to completion
- Manage project programmes, budgets, commercial performance, and resources
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
- Ensure highest standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance
- Support wider business growth with opportunities on future high-value facade remediation schemes across the UK
What it takes
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing facade, cladding, or fire remediation projects at Project Manager level
- Strong project management skills with experience using Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Good technical understanding of facade systems, construction processes, and health & safety legislation
- Able to commute to the Leeds project on a daily basis
