The role

The Project Manager will join the Operational Excellence team to lead cross-functional projects from inception to delivery by organizing people, processes, and technology. This role involves building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to translate high-level ideas into actionable plans and operational improvements. The successful candidate will navigate complex organizational structures, manage project scopes, and drive accountability across teams to support Stand Together's mission-driven initiatives.
