The role
The Project Manager will lead the implementation of health facility infrastructure improvement projects and support the operations and maintenance program at PIH-supported and government-run health facilities in Liberia.

- Lead project management for the planning, design, and implementation of PIH’s Non-Negotiables Phase 2 Program
- Develop an implementation strategy for selected projects
- Support the project engineering, procurement, and implementation process
- Support planning for long-term, post-project operations and maintenance
- Identify needs and support the recruitment of skilled technical staff
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of project professionals
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-9 years of relevant and recent experience in Electrical Engineering
- Experience using cloud-based information systems and operations management software tools
- Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with a diverse team
- Fluency in English
