The role
The Project Management Assistant will support the establishment and operationalization of the Project Management Office (PMO) Cell within the Office of the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General (ODSRSG), UNMIK, in Pristina.
What you'll do
- Support the establishment and operationalization of the Project Management Office (PMO) Cell within the ODSRSG's office.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of PMO workstreams, systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
- Provide administrative and programmatic support for planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of programme and project activities.
- Support oversight of local implementation and coordination of UMOJA-related processes with relevant sections.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking project funds across all implementation modalities.

- Training in administration, project management or related fields is required.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems (e.g. Umoja).
