The role

SEI Asia is seeking a Project Finance Officer to oversee the financial management of its diverse and impactful projects, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

What you'll do

Prepare project financial reports in the Unit4 ERP system per funder requirements
Review and verify financial supporting documents for compliance
Facilitate grant and subcontract management including organizational assessments and financial reviews
Examine sub-grantee and consultant expenditure reports
Coordinate with Project Leads/Managers on financial reporting
Support audit preparation and project closure

What it takes

University degree in accounting, finance or related field with 4+ years experience (or master's with 2+ years)
Proficiency in bookkeeping, internal controls, general ledger, cash management
Experience with multiple currencies and FX hedging
Advanced Excel and financial IT systems
Fluent Thai with proficient English
