The role
As a project Feedback officer, you will be the primary support person on Accountability in Benue and Plateau state, Nigeria. You will build capacity, monitor performance against accountability standards, and serve as the first point of contact for complaints from participants, communities, and stakeholders. The role involves maintaining high integrity to ensure community trust and improving program impact through robust feedback mechanisms.
What you'll do
- Manage the toll-free hotline for receiving and documenting feedback.
