The role
As Project Director for FCI Project, you will provide overall in-country leadership and management for the Faith and Community Initiative (FCI) in Mozambique, ensuring the effective, high-quality, timely, and compliant delivery of the FCI country program within the FCI global strategy, standards, and results framework set by the FCI Global Management Team.

- Master’s degree in public health, international development, business/public administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing donor-funded health programs
- Experience engaging institutional donors, host governments, and multi-organization consortia
- Proven experience representing programs to U.S. Embassies/USG, national governments, the Global Fund, and other partners
- Proven experience ensuring compliance and clean audits on donor-funded awards
- Technical familiarity with integrated health programming (HIV, TB, malaria, MCH, and nutrition)
