The role
The job involves coordinating the operational daily activities of the CONNECTIVITÉ TERRITORIALE project under the supervision of the National Project Director and Coordinator, ensuring strategic and operational management, institutional coordination, partnership building, administrative and financial oversight, human resource management, planning, monitoring, reporting, knowledge management, technical study supervision, and mission coordination.

- Bachelor's degree in public administration, local governance, public policies, digital transformation, territorial development, or related fields
- Minimum six years of relevant professional experience (with secondary education) or three years with a bachelor’s degree at increasing responsibilities in project cooperation management in the field of public administration, local governance, or digital transformation
- Experience managing projects in the context of UN systems in Morocco is desirable
