The role

The Project Assistant Consultant will support the Institutional Capacity of the State Division (ICS) team by processing loan operations, technical cooperations, and other operational products.

What you'll do

  • Support the processing of Loan Operations and Technical Cooperations (TCs)
  • Draft, review, and proofread operational documents
  • Prepare key project documentation
  • Coordinate and monitor operational calendars
  • Maintain and update Bank's systems with project information
  • Provide operational assistance during missions

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international relations, social sciences, management or related fields
  • 2 years of relevant experience in project preparation, execution, and management reporting
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable
  • Citizenship from one of the 48-member countries of IDB
