Project Assistant Consultant

The role

Project Assistant Consultant position to support operational, administrative, and data management tasks for the You RISE project in Medan, Indonesia.

What you'll do

• Attend project coordination meetings regularly
• Support recruitment and mobilization of participants
• Support training and mentoring activities
• Enter, update, and summarize participant data
• Ensure documentation and administrative records are well-organized
• Provide regular information and reports as needed

What it takes

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in administration, data entry, participant recruitment, or youth-related work
• Proficiency in basic digital tools like Google Forms, Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp
• Attention to detail, especially in data entry and verification
• Effective communication skills, especially when interacting with youth
• Systematic work approach and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes and project needs
• Commitment to equality, inclusion, data confidentiality, and safeguarding principles
• Preference for understanding and commitment to child rights, gender equality, disability inclusion, and youth development issues
