The role
The Project Analyst-M&E will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities for the EW4All initiative in Cambodia.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with partners to ensure effective implementation of project activities
- Develop and implement M&E tools as necessary
- Conduct field-based monitoring visits across target provinces
- Ensure compliance with UNDP and GCF reporting requirements
- Support the preparation of progress reports and evaluations
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related fields
- Minimum two years of relevant professional experience in M&E, project implementation, or result-based management
- Experience with climate change adaptation, disaster risk management, and early warning systems
- Fluency in Khmer and English
