The role
The Project Analyst provides functional support to the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) operations, including general administration, procurement and finances.
What you'll do
- Provide efficient operational support for IEO’s strategies
- Contribute to maintaining full compliance of operational processes
- Support the preparation of reports for external stakeholders
- Backup the Finance Associate and prepare non-PO invoices
- Support regional budgeting and monitoring
- Conduct data analytics based on UNEG-related information
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience for those with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using computer and office software packages, web-based data management systems
- Prior operational work experience at UNDP and/or UN Agency
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of Spanish or French is advantageous.
