The role

The Project Analyst provides functional support to the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) operations, including general administration, procurement and finances.

What you'll do

  • Provide efficient operational support for IEO’s strategies
  • Contribute to maintaining full compliance of operational processes
  • Support the preparation of reports for external stakeholders
  • Backup the Finance Associate and prepare non-PO invoices
  • Support regional budgeting and monitoring
  • Conduct data analytics based on UNEG-related information

What it takes

  • Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience for those with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience using computer and office software packages, web-based data management systems
  • Prior operational work experience at UNDP and/or UN Agency
  • Fluency in English; working knowledge of Spanish or French is advantageous.
