What you'll do
- Provide 1-1 person-centred progression support to help players reach positive destinations.
- Build trusted relationships with players during Street Soccer football sessions.
- Support players in removing practical barriers like form-filling and securing qualifications.
- Deliver trauma-informed workshops and employability sessions as part of the Academy Programme.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation for funder reporting.
- Manage and maintain referral relationships with local partner organisations.

- Valid Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) certificate or ability to obtain one.
- Experience supporting adults from diverse backgrounds with complex needs.
- Experience managing a caseload and individual support plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with people from varied backgrounds.
