What you'll do

  • Provide 1-1 person-centred progression support to help players reach positive destinations.
  • Build trusted relationships with players during Street Soccer football sessions.
  • Support players in removing practical barriers like form-filling and securing qualifications.
  • Deliver trauma-informed workshops and employability sessions as part of the Academy Programme.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation for funder reporting.
  • Manage and maintain referral relationships with local partner organisations.

What it takes

  • Valid Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) certificate or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience supporting adults from diverse backgrounds with complex needs.
  • Experience managing a caseload and individual support plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
