The role
The Programs Assistant at World Relief Upstate SC supports clients with practical steps toward settling in and getting connected, while also providing general support to program staff. This limited-term position is hybrid, requiring 4 days in office and 1 day working from home.
What you'll do
- Coordinate logistics between clients, community partners, and World Relief staff
- Support client orientations as needed
- Provide transportation when necessary
- Ensure direct client services are conducted in a timely manner
- Help walk-in clients navigate the internal referral process to Upstate SC programs
- Participate in office meetings, staff development opportunities, program trainings, community activities, and organizational events
