Programme Specialist

The role

The Programme Specialist will support the effective management and delivery of regional Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programmes across Ethiopia, Somalia, and Sudan. The role involves coordinating technical reviews, ensuring adherence to environmental and social safeguards, and supporting monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes. The incumbent will also facilitate knowledge management, policy analysis follow-up, and operational support for the Programme Management Unit to enhance programme sustainability and impact.
