The role
The Programme Management Officer will lead engagements with Central Asian Member States, international and regional organizations in the region, as well as civil society and other relevant stakeholders on counter-terrorism and preventing and countering violent extremism issues.

What it takes
- Advanced university degree in business administration, management, economics, law, political science or related fields
- Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management
- Experience working with Central Asian authorities
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
