The role

The Programme Management Officer (Case Management System) will lead the business requirements clarification process for a Case Management System initiative, develop and implement workplans, conduct stakeholder consultations, draft procurement-ready documentation, and support governance and quality assurance.

  • minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in programme or project management, business analysis, information systems planning, digital transformation, or related fields

  • experience supporting the preparation of solicitation documents, requests for proposals or comparable procurement documentation is required
