The role
The Programme Management Officer will support the delivery of the Pension Administration's vision by aligning transformation and change initiatives with the organization's strategy, implementing and evaluating assigned programs, and providing support in policy development and continuous improvement of business processes.
What you'll do
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of assigned programs/projects
- Perform consulting assignments, in collaboration with the client
- Research, analyse, and present information gathered from diverse sources
- Support the continuous improvement and re-engineering of business processes using lean principles
- Undertake survey initiatives and prepare related documents/reports
- Provide substantive support to consultative and other meetings
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in business administration, management, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in business process re-engineering, lean methodologies, process automation, business analysis, change management, project or programme management, or a related area
- At least two years of experience in the financial services, pension administration, insurance, or related industry
- Experience within the United Nations system or a comparable international organization is desirable
- At least two years of experience in AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other automation technologies is desirable
- At least two years of experience in implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ERP or pension administration systems is desirable
