- Organizes and prepares written outputs such as draft background papers, analysis, sections of reports and studies

- Advanced university degree in law, business administration, management, economics, international relations or a related field
- Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or related area
- Experience in the development, planning, monitoring, and reporting of capacity building and technical assistance programmes on counter-terrorism, law enforcement, and crime prevention
- A minimum of two years of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable
