The Programme Management Assistant will assist in the coordination of programme planning and preparation work for project initiatives, monitor status of project proposals, compile and present information on specific programmes and projects, review project documents, serve as a focal point for administrative coordination, provide general office assistance, and perform other duties as assigned.

- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in programme or project administration, technical cooperation or related area is required. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to three (3) years for candidates who possess a first-level university degree or higher.
- Experience with an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system is required
- Experience working with the United Nations or similar international organization is desirable
- One (1) year or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable
- English and French are the working languages, English proficiency at UN Level II is required. Russian proficiency at UN Level I is desirable
