The Programme Management Assistant will assist in the coordination of programme/project planning and preparation work, monitor status of proposals, compile data, review project documents, serve as a focal point for administrative coordination, and provide general office assistance.

- Provides general office assistance; responds to complex information requests and inquiries

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in programme or project administration, technical cooperation or related area
- Experience working on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Umoja is desirable
- Fluency in English and Russian; Kirghiz is desirable
- Professionalism, teamwork, planning & organizing competencies
