The role

The Programme Assistant – Programmes, Brand & Communications will provide programme coordination, administrative, communications, and logistical support to the AIIG Secretariat.

What you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to AIIG programmes and projects
  • Support the coordination of board, executive committee (EXCO), programme meetings, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements
  • Develop and maintain AIIG’s annual communications calendar
  • Draft, review, and quality-assure external-facing materials
  • Manage AIIG’s digital presence, including website updates, email communications, and LinkedIn engagement
  • Liaise with any appointed design or communications agencies to manage the production of institutional materials, event collateral, and summit outputs to the required standard
