- Conduct field assessments and monitor program progress to ensure compliance and identify mitigation measures.
- Facilitate coordination bodies, including the Adolescents and Youth Working Group.
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in gender studies, youth development, or related social science fields.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in development or humanitarian programming.
- Fluency in English and local languages (Dari and/or Pashto) is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of youth development and reproductive health programming.
- Ability to work effectively in a team within a complex, fragile operating environment.
