The role
The Programme Analyst, Digitalisation and Innovation is responsible for managing the development and implementation of the office's digitalization strategy, identifying and recommending digital solutions, and contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of innovation projects.

- 0-2 years of demonstrable responsibility/knowledge/experience in the fields of digital transformation, innovation management, or programme management
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or practical experience in the design, testing, and deployment of digital solutions or emerging technologies for social impact
- Experience applying innovative methodologies such as human-centered design or agile project management
- Familiarity with the political, social, and economic context of the United Republic of Tanzania and the national development priorities
- Strong research, analytical, and excellent report writing skills
