The role
The Program Support Specialist - Education provides technical leadership and support for the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of education and youth programming across Compassion International Zambia.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of education and youth programming across FCPs and Compassion Zambia.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and scale-up of education and youth interventions that enhance school readiness, enrolment, retention, progression, and completion.
- Build the capacity of Compassion and FCP staff, and other stakeholders by developing and delivering training, coaching, and mentoring in Education and Youth.
- Monitor program performance against established targets, analyse data to identify trends and gaps, and prepare technical reports to inform decision-making.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with government ministries, particularly the Ministry of Education.

- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in education or youth programming.
- Experience engaging with government ministries and other stakeholders.
