The role
World Relief is seeking a Program Officer to support local offices in ensuring excellence in program administration and leadership for initial resettlement programming. The role involves managing case management tasks, providing technical assistance, and developing new systems and guidance.
What you'll do
- Manages day-to-day required case management tasks and provides technical assistance for post-allocation of cases
- Manages pre-arrival reports and adheres to given timeframes
- Maintains accuracy of current database and recommends upgrades as appropriate
- Assists in development of a monitoring framework and data collection and reporting around grant compliance
- Reviews reports submitted by field offices, provides feedback where necessary, and within the required timeframe
- Oversight of World Relief’s beneficiary feedback survey, ensuring it remains an effective tool for offices

- At least 2 years' experience working in resettlement
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and an attentive listener
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to perform research & data analysis
- Experience working in a grant-compliance context
