The role
CHAI Cameroon is seeking a Program Officer, Immunization Coverage and Equity to support the delivery of technical assistance aimed at raising immunization coverage and reducing inequities among underserved populations.
What you'll do
- Coordinate day-to-day implementation of technical assistance activities
- Support the development and operationalization of coordination and referral mechanisms
- Organize and facilitate briefing sessions and workshops
- Support the planning, oversight, and monitoring of community mobilization and outreach activities
- Prepare technical notes, activity updates, and progress reports
- Travel domestically 30% to 40% of the time

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, Geography, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working on immunization, MCH, or HIV programs
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong project management skills
