What you'll do
- Performing independent analysis of DOIs to identify personal conflicts of interest risks
- Directly meeting with filers to discuss and resolve identified conflicts of interest risks
- Assisting with the administration of DOI programs and platform
- Contributing to the quality control of the DOI review process
- Supporting the integration of AI into the new DOI system
- Updating the Department on novel and trending conflicts of interest risks
What it takes
- Advanced degree in business administration, finance, economics, law or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Banking or Finance
- Experience in Declaration of Interests or financial disclosure programs
- Excellent communication skills
