Program Officer, Curriculum Design
The role
The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Program Officer, Curriculum Design to lead the development and rollout of culturally responsive curricula for refugee programs. This role involves conducting rapid needs assessments, creating trauma-informed learning materials, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality educational resources. The successful candidate will manage content development for Services for Older Refugees, Refugee School Impact, and Youth Mentorship programs to promote refugee well-being and integration.
