The role
LISC Cleveland is seeking a Program Officer to support capacity building and program development in community development, financial stability, and affordable housing.
What you'll do
- Manage LISC Cleveland’s network of Financial Opportunity Centers
- Steward strategic relationships with economic development and workforce partners
- Plan and carry out workshops and peer learning events
- Support the implementation of the Section 4 workplan
- Assist in strengthening program design and staff capacity
- Develop and implement community and housing programs
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years or more experience in community and/or economic development
- Interest in and commitment to community development
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Grant and fund development experience preferred
