The role

The Program Manager, Research will lead the end-to-end implementation of research and learning agendas for the Canva project in Malawi. This role oversees field operations, data collection technology, data quality protocols, and the synthesis of research findings to inform internal and donor-facing strategy. The manager will coordinate closely with academic partners and internal teams while providing leadership and development for the field research staff.
