The role

The Program Manager, Protection Advocacy at InterAction will lead the development and implementation of a global-level advocacy strategy to advance policies on protection risk reduction with key decision makers.

Convene key global level policy and advocacy focal points and InterAction working groups
Lead the development and implementation of a global-level advocacy strategy
Support Humanitarian team advocacy on humanitarian principles and related reforms
Lead engagement with NGO Forums on policy and advocacy related to protection and IASC reform
Support the InterAction Protection & GBV Working Group
Develop advocacy and communications products

Minimum of 5 to 7 years developing and executing complex advocacy strategies
Experience convening diverse actors and facilitating dialogue
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of the international humanitarian architecture
Proven experience influencing the policy and practice of key global donor governments
