Program Manager
The role
The Program Manager provides leadership for a cluster of Area Programs, ensuring alignment with country strategies, budget management, and the integration of sponsorship and non-sponsorship projects. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with government officials, local councils, and partner organizations while providing expert coaching on advocacy and child protection. The manager is also responsible for resource acquisition, proposal development, and providing leadership during emergency response efforts. It is a strategic role that requires strong people management, analytical skills, and a commitment to the organization's mission.
