- Oversee financial, administrative, and compliance functions for Uganda and Rwanda operations.
- Coordinate regional alumni engagement, professional development opportunities, and networking events.
- Provide strategic coaching and mentoring to fellows, alumni, and partner organizations.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program and operations, preferably in an international non-profit.
- Minimum 5 years of program experience in Uganda.
- Proven track record in business development, partnership management, and contract negotiation.
- Expertise in adult learning facilitation and coaching early-career professionals.
- Authorization to work in Uganda (no sponsorship provided).
