The role

The Program Manager at Strong Families is responsible for managing organizing, civic engagement, and leadership development strategies, coordinating program projects, and maintaining strong relationships with community members and partners.

What you'll do

  • Coordinates the planning, implementation, and evaluation of program projects
  • Engages community leaders, organizational partners, and community members
  • Maintains and builds strong working relationships with community leaders and organizational partners
  • Leads or co-leads community meetings and trainings, local events, and other outreach efforts
  • Creates community resources and training materials
  • Attends campaign and coalition meetings
