Program Director

The role

The Program Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for World Relief Sudan’s multi-sector humanitarian program portfolio in complex, conflict-affected environments. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the role involves managing grant compliance, resource mobilization, and the implementation of evidence-based programs. The position requires a leader to mentor staff, foster partnerships, and represent the organization to UN agencies, donors, and government stakeholders.
