The role

What you'll do
- Design, coordinate, deliver, and track monthly learning sessions for RWAs across multiple time zones.
- Lead the development and enhancement of innovative learning experiences including micro-learning, scenario-based content, including the “Case of the Month” initiative.
- Support the preparation and delivery of learning programs and workshops with practitioners, ensuring high-quality participant experience and effective coordination.
- Design and administer structured survey instruments and contribute to learning analytics by synthesizing participant feedback into actionable summaries.
- Undertake additional assignments and provide back-up support functions as required by the Head of EIJ Client Services.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, education, instructional design or related discipline with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination.
- Familiarity with the ethics and internal justice system of a multilateral development bank.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with survey analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as survey and data management tools.
