What you'll do

What it takes

  • Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Ability to obtain basic first aid and pediatric CPR certification within 90 days.
  • Capacity to perform medium to heavy physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass extensive background checks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work sensitively with children and children with disabilities.
