Program Aide

The role

The Program Aide serves as a generalist responsible for providing educational and developmental support for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children within the Head Start program. This role involves assisting with classroom management, performing janitorial and kitchen duties, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children. The position requires a candidate who can follow procedures, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively with staff and families.
