Program Aide
The role
The Program Aide serves as a generalist responsible for supporting the educational, social, and developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children within the Head Start program. This role involves assisting classroom teachers, providing custodial and janitorial support, and helping with kitchen duties as needed to ensure operational success. The position requires a commitment to child safeguarding and maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and confidentiality across various program sites.
