- Optimizes the value of donations
- Meets minimum Units Per Hour (UPH) and production effectiveness expectations
- Exercises due care in the performance of job tasks
- Follows Agency safety policies and procedures
- Exerts up to 100lbs of force occasionally, and/or up-to 50lbs of force frequently, and/or up to 20lbs of force constantly to move objects
