What you'll do
- Develop and maintain native plant production plans/runs for multiple contracts
- Oversee propagation, stratification, planting, and maintenance of native plant species
- Monitor plant care, including irrigation, pest management, and fertilization
- Oversee all aspects of seed production
- Oversee day-to-day operations of teams
- Communicate with clients
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management, Horticulture, Ecology, or related field
- Familiarity with native plants of the Intermountain West
- 2 years of experience in greenhouse settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook)
- Ability to work outside in all conditions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
