- Prepare and submit Pesticide Use Reports on schedule.
- Administer compliance and permitting for seed certification and collection.
- Coordinate wildland collections logistics and maintain landowner relationships.
- Maintain historical collections data and build production models.
- Support contract administration and data management.
- Receive and manage incoming shipments.
What it takes
- Three or more years in agricultural operations, farm administration, or a data and analysis role.
- Botanical training and familiarity with flora of Northern and Central California.
- Demonstrated file and data organization discipline.
- Conversational or fluent Spanish.
