The role

Save the Children is seeking a Product Lead for Fundraising & Supporter Growth Technology to manage and evolve the OmniHub ecosystem. The role involves strategic leadership in marketing, fundraising, and CRM systems like Salesforce and Blackbaud. The successful candidate will lead Agile teams, mentor other product professionals, and ensure technology aligns with organizational goals.

What you'll do

  • Define and articulate long-term vision and strategy for the OmniHub portfolio.
  • Partner with business leaders to prioritize requirements based on ROI and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery across multiple teams.
  • Mentor and develop Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other team members.
  • Serve as primary point of communication between stakeholders and the technical team.
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence/Jira and translate complex concepts for business audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 10 years relevant experience.
  • 8+ years in product management with 3+ years leading multiple teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-stakeholder technology solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and scaling practices.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing other professionals.
