What you'll do
- Own and evolve the frontend user experience across the PHM marketplace.
- Implement and maintain analytics instrumentation using Segment and GTM.
- Ship features end-to-end from problem identification to technical solution and impact measurement.
- Partner with Product and Design teams to translate user insights into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on user testing and passive analytics data.

- Production experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
- Familiarity with NestJS or similar Node.js backend frameworks.
- Strong fullstack capability with a clear focus on frontend user experience.
- Proven experience with analytics tooling such as Segment, Posthog, and GTM.
